Location: Limerick, Cork, Dublin Ireland, | Warszawa, Poland

You will play a key roles in EMEA Tax across the following areas;
Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Oversee preparation and review of corporate tax returns for UK, Ireland, and international entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporation tax, Pillar2, CBCR ,Transfer Pricing and other relevant direct tax submissions.
- Drive automation and process improvements in tax compliance.
Tax Strategy & Advisory
- Advise on tax implications of business transactions supporting and enabling the business on a day to day basis.
- Support implementation of global tax strategy, including Pillar 2 and transfer pricing compliance.
- Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the group.
Risk Management & Governance
- Maintain robust tax risk management framework and internal controls.
- Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits and queries.
- Ensure compliance with global reporting obligations (e.g., Country-by-Country Reporting).
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Global Tax and Commercial teams on tax matters.
- Provide clear communication of tax issues to leadership. and stakeholders

- Professional qualification (CTA, AITI, or equivalent).
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in corporate tax, with exposure to international tax matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK and Irish corporate tax; experience with IFRS tax accounting.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in tax technology and data analytics tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Requirements Experience in a multinational environment or Big Four background preferred.
