• Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Field Service Engineer 2 on our Field Service Team in Taipei, Taiwan.This position requires onsite assignment at the Data Center site, either in Kaohsiung or Taoyuan.What you’ll achieve As a Field Service Engineer 2, in this high-visibility position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Dell equipment at our customer sites. Utilize independent discretion and decision-making authority to assess and adjust technical solutions based on the specific client issue.You will:- Responsible for on-site data center service operations, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of S1 Server/Switch products.
• Address escalated technical issues from less experienced team members
• Works autonomously in delivering resolutions to customer issues
• Be required to exercise diverse and independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course of action for the specific technical issue

• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, and system upgrades
