Senior Data Centre Sales Executive

Responsible for entire Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Outside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability.

Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Data Centre Sales Executives on our Infrastructure Solution Group Team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.What you’ll achieve As a Data Centre Sales Executives, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.

You will:

  • Manage relationships with senior level technical personnel and decision makers

  • Demonstrate the value of a product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives

  • Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products and services

  • Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives

Essential Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in data center technologies across compute, storage, networking, and data protection, with strong knowledge of major vendors and architectures.

  • Strong ability to design and validate product configurations, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and ISG portfolio capabilities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear articulation of technical value to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven enterprise sales experience, ideally 8–12 years in relationship-based selling within infrastructure or cloud solutions.

Desirable Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant industry certifications such as VMware, Cisco, AWS, Azure, or security/data management credentials that strengthen technical credibility.
