仕事の内容

プリセールスソリューションアーキテクト（分析、AI、ビッグデータ、パブリッククラウド）として、あなたは営業プロセス全体にわたってハンズオン環境で技術評価フェーズを指導します。あなたは営業チームの技術アドバイザーとなり、現場で顧客要件を実現するために製品チームと連携します。Databricks データインテリジェンスプラットフォームを使用して顧客が具体的なデータ駆動の成果を達成する手助けをし、データチームがプロジェクトを完了し、当社のプラットフォームを企業エコシステムに統合できるよう支援します。ビッグデータ、分析、データエンジニアリング、データサイエンスの問題に対する顧客の最大の課題に対する解決策を見つけながら、あなたは営業チームと一緒にお客様に解決策を提案します。あなたはフィールドエンジニアリングのマネージャーに報告します。

• あなたはアーキテクチャと設計の側面におけるビッグデータ分析の専門家となります。

• 見込み客をDatabricksの評価と採用へ導きます。

• リファレンスアーキテクチャ、ハイレベルの導入・移行プラン、およびデモアプリケーションを作成することで顧客を支援します。

• 顧客アーキテクチャをサポートするためにDatabricksとサードパーティアプリケーションを統合します。

• ワークショップ、セミナー、およびミートアップを主導することで技術コミュニティと関わります。

• 営業と共に、担当するセグメントのクライアントとの成功した関係を築き、技術的およびビジネス価値を提供します。

• 顧客のユースケースのディスカバリー

• 既存顧客のDatabricks環境の最適化

• Databricks製品改善のための活動

必要な条件/経験:

• 様々な業界・産業で外部クライアントと関わるプリセールスまたはポストセールスの経験

• 技術概念を示す経験、プレゼンテーションやホワイトボードを使用した経験

• パブリッククラウド（AWS、Azure、GCP）内でのアーキテクチャ設計と実装の経験

• エンタープライズアカウントとの業務経験

• 日本語での流暢なコミュニケーション、および英語でのビジネス上の読み書きができること

• データ領域、もしくは、機械学習・AI領域の基本的な技術理解。および、SQLのコーディングスキル。

望ましい経験/スキル:

• データエンジニアリングまたはデータサイエンスのいずれかにおいてコアな強みを持つ顧客向けプリセールスまたはコンサルティングの役割に対する理解があることが望ましい

• Apache Spark™、AI、データサイエンス、データエンジニアリング、Hadoop、Cassandraなどのビッグデータ技術に関する経験

• Python, Scala, Java、もしくはRを使用したApache Sparkの流暢なコーディング経験

• データ領域、もしくは、機械学習・AI領域での開発経験。特に、Python(Pandas, Num Py等)のコーディング経験
