Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to customers/channels/sales engineers on ABB's low voltage system products/systems/applications and comment on query specifications
- Provide technical support at technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations
- Conduct analysis and diagnostic studies to identify the best technical solution for your needs
- Recommend the most appropriate technical solution to complex inquiries
- Assist managers in preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues to internal staff and customers
- Provide training related to products/solutions/services
- Assist managers in preparing and reviewing technical articles for publication
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future
Qualifications
- University degree or higher
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems and products required
- At least 3 years of direct experience in sales and marketing of low voltage systems and products
- 【Japanese】 JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
- 【English】 Must be fluent in English
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
