We are looking for an Account Manager to work with our expert sales team. Do you have a passion for sales? Then we would love to hear from you.

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expansion. They act as a strategic liaison between the company and its customers, proactively addressing needs, optimizing solutions, and driving revenue through customer retention and engagement.

This position reports to the Zone Leader and is part of the commercial team located in São Paulo/Brazil and will be working remotely to cover the accounts in one of our territories.

What you will do:

  • Identify Opportunities for Expansion – Proactively assess client needs and market trends to uncover new business opportunities, upsell solutions, and expand account value.
  • Funnel Management – Oversee the sales pipeline by tracking leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring efficient progression through the funnel to optimize conversion rates.
  • Account Planning and Management – Develop strategic account plans, set objectives, and implement tailored approaches to maximize client engagement and business outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty through personalized interactions.
  • Collaboration and Insight-Driven Strategy – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to leverage data and industry insights, driving customer success and business growth.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, or related field
  • Comprehensive commercial experience in** Biotechnology** market
  • Knowledge of CRM and dashboard tools like SFDC and Qlik Sense
  • Ability to work with presentation and finance tools
  • Demonstrated competences in business development

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel occasionally within territory or other locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
