The Field Service Engineering T3 is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices, the FSE has an important role in delivering results within business expectations, as well as leading the installed base assigned to him/her for excellence in performance, the FSE is the strongest link between the real needs of customers and Beckman Coulter organization, act as a business partner, leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs. This position reports to the Field Service Coordinator South and is part of Service Brasil located in Curitiba – Pato Branco and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Customer facing role and relationship. Contribute as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.
• Manage demands versus priorities, also understand the impacts on service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement. Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs.
• Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• degree in Engineering or similar, Experience >4 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry.
• Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely, Skill with processes and KPIs, lead execution of action plans for deviations
• Intermediate in English, native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Available for travelling >40% of worktime, be on site with customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
