The Key Account Sales Manager BRA for Leica Biosystems is responsible for develop and execute successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory for all verticals at Key Accounts.

This position reports to Latam Commercial Director and is part of the Sales Team located in **São Paulo (Capital) **and will be remote.

In this role, your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training.
  • Prioritizes solution allocation to customers through collaboration with all areas. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
  • Work with current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence, presence and penetration across install base.
  • Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer, using Key Account Planning Methodology.
  • Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (SME) for assistance to install/set-up instrumentation in customer laboratories. Perform demonstrations and 1st level assistance support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience

  • Required Skills: Proven presence at Key Accounts and influence with key decision makers. Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

  • Language: Intermediate English

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Must Possess a valid Driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings (locally and internationally)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior experience in pathology and oncology diagnostics market
  • Prior experience on Key Account Management in Brazil.
