The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets of nearly USD 1M+ by executing sales strategies for Centrifugation, Flow cytometry and Life Science Automation products by meeting Research and Academia customers in West region-India.
This position reports to the Business Manager-RA and is part of the Research & Academia team located in Mumbai/Pune and working remotely to cover West (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Chhattisgarh) part of India.
Responsibility -
- Selling Capital equipment’s of more than INR 1 Cr+ in a tender.
- Establishing key customer connects by way of referral labs, CoE’s, KOL’s etc…
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Needs to be very good with MS office (Excel/Power-point) & basics of Adobe.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Good To Have -
- Science graduate, Post graduate degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life Sciences/Genetics or any science discipline
- 10-12 years of relevant Sales experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology handling a business revenue of at least USD 1M in HW sales.
- Multiple years of experience in Tender business and processes and handling channel partners in the region
- Should have thorough knowledge of managing funnel through Salesforce or Leverage data analytics and CRM insights to identify growth opportunities, track account performance, and inform strategic decisions
- Owning the responsibility to meet the forecast commitments to meet the yearly goals and ensure the forecast accuracy month on month.
