The IT Operations Coordinator is responsible for IT operations coordination and support services. Coordinating daily IT operations, logistics, cadence, and documentation to translate strategy into operations.* *

This position reports to the Sr Mgr IT GxP Compliance and Helpdesk and is part of their IT Department located in Fargo, ND* and will be an on-site role. *

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day project delivery, supporting hygiene and usage of project tools across teams.

  • To energize teams through structure and rhythm, setting direction to keep teams focused and prevent distraction.

  • Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) and support IT finance workflows

  • Act as the first point of contact for coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.

The essential requirements of the job include:* *

  • Hands-on experience with project coordination and documentation (RAID log, trackers, minutes, and retrospectives).

  • Familiarity with IT finance processes including PO creation and tracking

  • Facilitate meetings by prepping agendas, slides, trackers, and logistics

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • None

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project management
