The Customer Service Representative – German Speaker is responsible collaborating cross-functionally to achieve high customer satisfaction from order placement to order fulfillment. This may include key account management, order status, returns, e-commerce live chat, and customer engagement.

This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service / Commercial Operations Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role will work EMEA hours and follow Germany public holidays.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or online including proactive communication and management of key strategic customer accounts.
• Collaborate across functional teams such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc. to support customer requirements through engage in continuous improvement and problem solving mindset.
• Data entry and management of order information, customer complaints, and returns ensuring order compliance with company policy and external and/or legal requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Professional fluency in German language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve customer problems and inquiries in a high demand, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with the drive to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SAP or equivalent systems / Microsoft office proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or customer facing role and/or working in a cross functional environment with departments such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.
• College degree or college coursework
