The USCAN OTR (Order to Remittance) Fulfillment Leader is responsible for leading revenue flight path (order fulfillment) management and customer backlog management across the USCAN region; responsible for Operating Company Business Unit, driving significant impact on core revenue growth. The role will ensure that revenue goals are met through efficient customer backlog execution, timely customer order fulfillment, and proactive management of supply and demand priorities.

This position reports to the USCAN OTR Fulfillment Director and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics Organization located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Lead revenue flight path and customer backlog execution for responsible Operating Company Business Unit according to standard work, ensuring monthly revenue targets are achieved and sales forecast accuracy deviations are minimized, to support revenue growth and predictability.

• Collaborate with global and region’s Supply Chain, Operating Company Business Units (Modality), and Sales teams including senior leadership across to provide insights into supply risks, opportunities, and revenue flight path visibility.

• Act as a key point of support for managing supply constraints, delivery escalations, and bottleneck management (allocation) related to customer order fulfillment and revenue flight management, working cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives focused on optimizing revenue flight path processes, customer backlog management processes and achieving On Time Delivery targets.

Who you are:

• 5 years of experience in commercial operations, revenue flight path management, supply chain, or fulfillment roles within a complex matrix organization.

• Knowledge of order-to-cash, supply planning processes, logistics and distribution, and how they affect order fulfillment.

• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, with excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to various levels of the organization.

• Experience with Oracle and BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI, with the ability to not only use these tools but also analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in life sciences or biotechnology industries, with a focus on managing revenue growth through effective revenue flight path management and backorder management.

• Working with Danaher Business System (DBS) fundamentals (Daily Management, Problem Solving Process, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, etc).

The annual salary range for this role is $91,500 - $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
