The Analyst II, Materials / Planning role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, procurement, and management of materials to support production and operational goals. This includes analyzing demand forecasts, maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, supporting production schedules, and driving process improvements across the supply chain. This position is part of the Materials and Planning Team located in Clare, Ireland and will be an on-site role. This role is a 12 month FTC.

This role entails the following education ,skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI experience is a plus
• Experience in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and supplier performance management
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies, with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate cross‑functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams
