Job Description Summary
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless, people‑focused workplace experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for workplace and Facilities Management (FM) enquiries, this role ensures the workplace is welcoming, well-maintained, and aligned with Sage’s values and service standards. The Coordinator supports operational excellence, compliance, and KPI achievement while fostering a collaborative and engaging environment for colleagues, visitors, and partners.
Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for workplace and FM enquiries; support daily workplace operations.

Coordinate on-site activities, events, and meeting spaces to maintain a vibrant workplace culture.

Oversee third-party supplier performance and ensure service quality, compliance, and budget adherence.

Manage workplace systems including CAFM, access passes, mail, stock control, and daily inspections.

Promote Sage values, customer service standards, and a safe, compliant workplace.

Support the Regional Workplace Manager with operational reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
