The Training & Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining learning & development programs that support business goals, enhance employee capability, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

This position reports to the Danaher Business Systems Leader and is part of the DBS (Danaher Business Systems Team) located in Walton Road Portsmouth and will be an on-site role.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing training, learning & development, or organisational development.
  • Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Development-HDR / ILM Level 5 Certificate /Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem solving.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – list specifics 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Lean / Six Sigma
