Manage and maintain the common areas of a cluster of public housing flats in designated Town Council.
Job Description About the Role:
- Manage and maintain the common areas of a cluster of public housing flats in designated Town Council.
- Duties include responding to MPs, residents’ feedback, coordinating and carrying out maintenance routines such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping and horticultural works, as well as improvement and cyclical projects.
- Liaise with grassroots organizations on the management of the common areas.
- Assist Property Manager in special projects as and when assigned.
- Take on special duties such as team leader role, report submission, contractor coordination, CIPC submission, safety coordinator etc
- Train and guide property officers to be aligned with the targets set.
- Monitor contractors’ performance on routine maintenance, cyclical maintenance and improvement projects. Contractors to meet the required maintenance standards.
- Ensure key performance indicators for the estate are met.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
About You:
- Diploma in Building/ Real Estate Management/ Property
Management/ Building Services/ Facility Systems Design/ Facility
Technology/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent,
with at least 3 years of relevant experiences in estate management and maintenance; or Higher Nitec/GCE A Level with 8 years of relevant experiences in estate management and maintenance
- Ability to communicate well with residents and grassroots leaders
- Fast and diligent worker
- Positive attitude and Willingness to take on greater responsibilities
- Have leadership qualities
- Team player
