Job Description Summary

Site Operations Lead directs 24/7 site operations as the primary escalation lead, ensuring the continuous availability and reliability of critical infrastructure through rigorous incident management and preventive maintenance. You will also drive operational excellence by implementing automation and capacity planning while building high-performing teams and managing vendor compliance to maintain peak system performance.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Lead round-the-clock site operations and act as the primary escalation point to ensure the continuous availability of all critical infrastructure and systems.
  • Own the end-to-end incident, problem, and change management processes, including conducting root cause analyses (RCA) and proactively mitigating operational risks.
  • Oversee comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all critical assets, ensuring operational readiness and peak performance through central engineering partnerships.
  • Drive site efficiency and reliability by implementing automation, enhancing monitoring tools, and supporting long-term capacity planning for future growth.
  • Recruit and develop high-performing operations personnel while managing vendor contracts and performance to ensure strict compliance with safety and service standards.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT (or equivalent experience) and familiarity with industry tools such as DCIM, BMS, CMMS, and monitoring platforms.
  • 8–10+ years in data centre or mission-critical operations, with a specific focus on supporting hyperscale or colocation environments.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical teams in 24x7 settings, including experience managing managers or senior-level engineers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical infrastructure, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and capacity management.
