Job Title: Front Office Executive
Department: Administration / Facility
Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Reception Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor register and issue visitor badges

Visitor & Meeting Coordination:
- Inform employees about visitor arrivals
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready
- Arrange refreshments when required

- Administrative Support
- Handle courier and dispatch management
- Maintain front office records and documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Support travel bookings and other admin tasks if required

Office Maintenance Coordination:
- Report maintenance issues to facility team
- Ensure reception area is neat and presentable at all times
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service orientation
Local language is mandatory English and Hindi
- Minimum of 4-5 Years of experience
- Graduate is a must
- Pleasing personality being FOE
- Preferably with IT / ITES / FOE Experience is a must
- Admin / events experience is a must
- MS office and outlook hands on
- Worked with MNC is an added advantage
- Local language preference to co-ordinate with HK, Security and MST
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Site Vendor co-ordination and good interpersonal skills.
