In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring financial and contractual integrity across property portfolios. You’ll collaborate with clients, accountants, and property management teams to deliver timely reporting, maintain strong controls, and support strategic decision-making. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a client-focused mindset are essential for success.

Job Description:

• Carry out all lease administration and financial duties, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR);

• Ensure compliance with financial property management policies and procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental directives;

• Prepare operating and capital budgets, track variances, perform year-end reconciliations, and ensure a smooth recovery process;

• Accurately abstract all property leases in the existing lease administration software;

• Interface with clients and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting;

• Participate in financial and client team meetings and ensure effective communication between accountants and property management team members in line with client’s goals and objectives;

• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients and third-party entities.
