This role is responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients

About the Role:
- Supports the transaction manager in executing real estate strategies, including project initiation, scope definition, tracking critical dates, and managing small transactions independently.
- Prepares key documentation and analyses such as scopes of work, market comps, LOIs, broker opinions of value, and financial models (cash flow, NPV, IRR) to guide client decision‑making.
- Develops financial and portfolio analyses, ensuring accurate data collection, entry, and timely document storage in Share Point.
- Manages project tracking through WIP reports, close‑out documentation, invoices, savings summaries, and real estate tracking systems to ensure timely transaction completion.
- Acts as a liaison among clients, brokers, and internal teams (Lease Admin, Project Management, Facilities, Finance), actively participating in meetings and handling follow‑ups to drive project progress.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid financial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office and lease management platforms (e.g., Co Star, Tririga, Hyperspace, etc.).
