Job Description Summary

The role is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end real estate advisory assignments across multiple asset classes, including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Warehousing, and alternative sectors. The position involves executing market research, feasibility studies, demand–supply assessments, highest and best use analyses, pricing and product mix strategies, and business plan formulation. The incumbent will develop detailed financial models from scratch to evaluate project viability, returns, and funding structures, while providing customized analytical solutions tailored to client requirements.The role requires strong client-facing capabilities, supporting senior leadership in business development through proposal preparation, market positioning, and pitch support, while independently managing client interactions and multiple concurrent assignments. Additionally, the position includes team leadership responsibilities, providing guidance, technical oversight, and quality control to ensure timely and high-impact delivery of advisory services in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Execute and supervise real estate advisory assignments including Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Demand–Supply Analysis, Highest & Best Use Studies, Location Advisory, Pricing Strategy, Product Mix Strategy, and Business Plan formulation.
  • Deliver advisory work across Residential, Commercial (Office), Retail, Industrial, Warehousing, and alternate asset classes such as Education and Healthcare.
  • Conduct site visits, primary and secondary market research, and stakeholder interactions with developers, marketing agents, occupiers, end users, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare Detailed Project Reports and undertake project viability and feasibility assessments.
  • Develop and review financial models from scratch, including project cash flows, returns analysis, funding requirements, and sensitivity scenarios.
  • Undertake customized financial modelling and analytical support for diverse advisory mandates.
  • Manage front-end client interactions, respond to project-related queries, and ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support senior leadership in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, pitch presentations, and sourcing new assignments.
  • Build and maintain internal and external professional networks to identify potential advisory opportunities.
  • Balance and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, provide technical guidance, review outputs, and support overall execution efficiency.

About You

  • Strong exposure to real estate advisory services, including market research, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and project evaluation.
  • Experience in assessing multiple asset classes and evaluating new markets and emerging segments for client advisory.
  • Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics, demand drivers, and sector trends.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial principles, terms, and investment analysis.
  • Ability to comprehend and analyze econometric and quantitative models for industry and market assessment.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex financial and commercial analysis and prepare structured advisory reports.
  • Strong logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and attention to detail.
  • Capability to evaluate multiple options in complex situations and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Experience in leading projects, supervising team members, and ensuring successful assignment completion.
  • Ability to provide expert inputs and technical mentorship to subordinates and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Strong client-facing skills and professional presence.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the advisory business and support its positioning and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and exposure to Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • High service orientation with a commitment to delivering timely, reliable, and client-focused solutions.
