Workplace Operations Analyst:

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end workplace operations and employee experience across offices and remote environments. It focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, managing vendors and budgets, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and supporting multiple locations effectively.

At the same time, the role plays a key part in enhancing workplace culture and engagement—through events, communication, and employee-focused initiatives—while building strong relationships with stakeholders and continuously improving processes to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and sustainable workplace.

Job Description About the role:

  • Deliver high-quality Workplace Services across offices and remote setups.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement with business leaders.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets (Famis360 & Service Now) efficiently and within SLA timelines.
  • Oversee workplace operations across hubs, remote offices, coworking spaces, and WFH support, including site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Operations policies and standards.
  • Lead Health & Safety initiatives (risk assessments, first aid, fire safety, evacuations).
  • Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with company and partner objectives.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, vendor consolidation, and office supplies procurement.
  • Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and relationships to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Manage daily office operations (mail, storage, facilities upkeep) and office moves/reorgs.
  • Plan and execute workplace events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications to enhance employee experience.
  • Support security, business continuity, CSR initiatives, and continuous process improvements, including ad-hoc tasks.

About you:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related business field.
  • Relevant hands-on experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Familiar with modern workplace concepts and evolving workspace trends.
  • Strong knowledge of Facilities Management processes and best practices.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations within the FM industry.
  • Proficient in supply chain and vendor management principles.
  • Experience in preparing monthly reports on service delivery and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple offices across regions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • High attention to detail with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders, build trust, and communicate effectively.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
