Maintenance Technician
Job Description Summary
C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations at the Integra Life Sciences facility in Plainsboro, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, supporting daily facility operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep)
- Conduct building rounds and inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner
- Support preventive maintenance programs and maintain service records
- Coordinate and escort vendors and contractors on-site
- Assist with equipment moves, setups, and facility-related tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and site procedures
- Support site operations and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $28.02 - $32.96
