Job Description Summary

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that sits within a small, agile team that functions like an internal creative agency. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling visual communications that bring internal narratives to life, helping to shape how employees, partners, and clients understand, engage with, and experience our workplaces globally.

Job Description About the Role:

  • Design engaging presentations and templates for senior leadership using PowerPoint.
  • Create visual assets for internal campaigns, including posters, infographics, brochures, and social content.
  • Develop visual content using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, XD Canva, as well as various other AI tools ensuring brand and accessibility standards.
  • Support motion graphics and video editing with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other similar AI tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into visually intuitive solutions, ensuring brand consistency and managing multiple projects efficiently.

About You:

  • 8-10 years of experience in visual/communication design.
  • Proficiency in design tools: PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and AI-enhanced tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing communications projects and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple briefs with short lead times.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, confident in liaising with senior business partners, and being a reliable, professional team player.
