Position: Fire Safety Manager

What You Will Do:

• This role will serve as the fire protection manager and responsible for developing fire protection plan.

• Plan, train, execute and manage all employees response when emergency situation happen for FC(fullfillment center) operation.

• Monitor, self inspection and plan the maintain schedule for the fire safety equipment to ensure the function working.

• Compliance with government policies (relevant regulations such as building/ firefighting/ safety/ partner, etc.) and Coupang internal guidelines to secure planned FC performance.

• Identify, assess and address potential risks during the project process and minimize risk and lead troubleshooting when issues arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety and Fire Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of fire prevention experience, preferably in a corporate and industrial or Authorities Having Jurisdiction setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Fire Safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Fire Prevention programs, driving continuous improvement, and achieving measurable results in a country or regional level.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
