Job Profile Summary Role Purpose:

Manages multiple F&B counters within multiple markets

Responsibilities:

  1. Manages multiple F&B counters within multiple markets and drives sales based on wider business and regional goals.
  2. Monitors sales revenue and targets and takes corrective measures as appropriate.
  3. Communicates company wide policies and guidance to F&B counter teams and drives implementation.
  4. Ensures required trainings and education across assigned multiple markets, and responds to queries.
  5. Organises information and announcements for new products and service launches as appropriate.
  • Desirable experience
  • Generally extensive level of experience in F&B retail
  • Appropriate training in F&B or comparable education
