Role Overview

Business Analysts (BA) shine in Coupang's various business and operational organizations where data-driven decision making is important. Our large amount of data is transformed into meaningful information and insights by BAs in each organization (Marketing, Logistics, Shipping, Compliance, Finance, etc.).

What You Will Do

• Support business decisions with data

• Improve existing processes and develop and manage new metrics

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience

• Proficient SQL experience and competence (SQL coding test required)

• Experience in business intelligence reporting and dashboarding using Tableau or Power BI

• Able to multi-task with judgement in prioritising work to meet the fast-paced business environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the e-commerce or internet services industry

• Experience with Python, R or other programming languages
