Overview
Condé Nast is seeking a Senior Associate, Creative to support creative development across its global brand portfolio within Global Brand Licensing. Working at the intersection of brand and commercial strategy, this role partners closely with the Senior Director and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative execution across licensed products, branded hospitality, and experiential initiatives.
This role plays a key part in translating brand standards into commercially viable creative outcomes, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong brand expression across all licensed categories.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Product Licensing.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee creative development for licensed products and branded spaces across the Condé Nast portfolio, ensuring cohesive, high-quality execution aligned with brand standards.

Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Global Brand Licensing Guidelines, safeguarding brand integrity across logo usage, color, typography, labeling, packaging, digital experiences, and marketing materials.

Translate established brand direction into clear creative concepts and production-ready assets across print, digital, and physical formats.

Review and provide thoughtful creative feedback to licensees, freelancers, and external agencies, escalating key decisions as appropriate.

Develop brand presentations and visual materials to support new business opportunities, licensed product launches, and cross-brand initiatives.

Partner with editorial, commercial, and legal teams to align on creative direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Manage workflows and timelines across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables maintain a high creative standard.
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in product development, licensing, consumer products, and/or brand management, ideally with a strong editorial sensibility across media, fashion, lifestyle, or design.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design required); After Effects, 3D, and/or Figma experience a plus.

Experience using AI-powered creative and productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Gemini, alongside Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Technical understanding of delivering creative across print, digital, and product manufacturing formats.

Experience actively managing licensee and freelancer/agency relationships, serving as a primary creative point of contact and ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale.

High attention to detail and commitment to brand integrity and quality execution.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $66,300-$78,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
