About the role

Job Description:

Leads category‑driven demand creation through end‑to‑end campaign strategy, development, and execution across all consumer touchpoints. Sits at the center of content, creative, partnerships, and communications and ensures that every activation reinforces brand strategy, drives measurable business growth, and meets the organization’s standards for quality, governance, and operational excellence. Oversees the content creation engine, manages day‑to‑day agency relationships, leads brand social and communications strategy, and shapes the brand’s partnership ecosystem. Drives clarity, creative excellence, and executional rigor across marketing activation workstreams while stewarding budgets, compliance, and performance results.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Campaign Leadership & Category Led Demand Creation:

  • Lead integrated end to end (E2E) campaign strategy, development, and execution across all touchpoints.

  • Serve as the primary day to day lead for creative and account agencies, overseeing CPS, reporting, and reviews.

  • Create, pitch, and secure funding for activation ideas aligned to brand equity.

  • Ensure 100% sufficiency of media and e Content needs.
    Content Creation Engine Leadership:

  • Oversee the production pipeline for creative, copy, video, social, and digital asset development.

  • Lead weekly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with media plans.

  • Ensure high quality, on time execution with assets that meet media and budget guardrails.
    Brand Partnerships:

  • Build, manage, and optimize brand partnership strategies, including studios, celebrities, and other partners.

  • Ensure partnership activations align with brand priorities and elevate creative output.
    Brand Social & Communications:

  • Own influencer and social strategy and execution for category brand teams.

  • Lead brand communications strategy to strengthen relevance and cultural presence.
    Governance, Stewardship & Budget Excellence:

  • Ensure 100% completion of stewardship trainings and flawless adherence to governance requirements.

  • Manage monthly budget reporting and year end financial accuracy

Ingredients Required for Your Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years in brand management, integrated marketing, creative strategy, or related roles.
  • Experience leading cross‑channel campaign development and content production.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop big ideas and translate strategy into execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, and creator ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and secure funding for strategic initiatives.
  • Strong project management, budget management, and operational discipline.
  • Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and cross‑functional teams.

### Compensation

Pay Range:$133,000-$197,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
