What You Will Do:

  • To maintain and repair plant machinery and facilities equipment

  • Able to isolate faults, troubleshoot electrical or mechanical problems

  • Perform corrective/ preventive maintenance on facility equipment and production machinery

  • Liaise with vendors/contractors for machine spares and maintain adequate critical spare parts

  • Identify, involve and improve equipment performance

  • Make modification and improvement on machines performance

  • Able to interpret technical drawings

  • Update daily work report in CMMS system

  • Support and participate in Employee Health & Safety, Quality & CORE activities

  • Support and participate in continuous improvement projects

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet tasks

  • Knowledge and experience in PLC and automation with an Electrical license will be advantageous

  • Ability to read simple electrical/mechanical diagrams will be an advantage

  • A good team player who possesses high initiative and energy

  • Ability to perform 3 rotating shifts
