Already Crushing It: For our first product, we built proprietary generative AI technology that enables our AI Agents to autonomously design, code, debug, and deploy A/B tests and personalization campaigns. We effectively 10x testing velocity, replacing agencies, legacy tools, and the need to pull in-house designers and engineers for testing and personalization. In the last 6 months, we have already driven $112.4M in incremental revenue for our customers.
What You'll Do:

Own the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial prospect interest and discovery to negotiation and closing.

Drive Deals: This includes running discovery, value presentations and demos, POCs, navigating legal, and proving ROI to multi-stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Growth, and CMOs).

Methodology: Work with leadership to continuously refine the sales methodology by codifying learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices as we scale.

Partner with Engineering: Collaborate cross-functionally with our Research and Product teams to feed market intelligence and customer feedback directly into the roadmap.
You May Be A Fit If:
-
4+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B tech sales (AI or Mar Tech bonus) with a history of exceeding quotas.

Value-Based Seller: You can sell value, not just features and benefits. You know how to map technical capabilities to real-world business outcomes.

Master of Discovery: You are an expert at uncovering business goals, translating those to technical needs, and articulating how AI technology can drive revenue.
-
The "Builder" Mentality: You aren't just looking for a "plug-and-play" role. You are excited to create systems from the ground up and help codify best practices in an evolving market.

Multi-Stakeholder Expert: You know how to sell differently to end-users and managers VS executives and decision-makers.

Deep Curiosity: You have a passion for artificial intelligence and are excited to educate customers on how AI agents will redefine their growth strategies.

High Agency Saleshuman: You are entrepreneurial and have built a project or worked on a startup in the past.
Compensation:
-
$240,000 - $400,000 (OTE)
-
Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity.

OTE: Competitive commission structure with uncapped upside.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
