  • Forge strong partnerships with Mar Tech, IT, Legal, and Data teams; ensure high standards for data integrity, privacy, and brand safety.

  • Establish rigorous quality control and compliance processes for all AI-generated content and marketing automation.

3.

Capability Building & Marketing Excellence:

  • Diagnose current and future marketing capability gaps; drive a holistic upskilling agenda covering strategy, creative, digital, data, and AI domains.

  • Partner with HR and L&D to design impactful development roadmaps and experiential growth opportunities for marketing talent.

  • Embed agile ways of working, experimentation mindsets, and a culture of continuous learning.

  • Amplify JKOU’s engagement in the Global Marketing Capabilities network, both sharing best practices and leveraging global programs.

4.

Organizational Transformation & Change Leadership:

  • Lead change management for digital and AI transformation of the marketing function, ensuring enduring adoption of new models and mindsets.

  • Shape and embed new governance, operating routines, and cross-functional collaboration practices.

  • Act as a visible change catalyst, motivating teams to embrace future-ready marketing ways of working.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, and cultivating a change-ready culture.

  • Expertise in digital ecosystems, Mar Tech stacks, and AI-powered marketing tools.
