The Sales Support Team Leader is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to sales people and client segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team by determining daily tasks, completing performance evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, termination etc.
  • Advise team on decisions based on expertise and facilitate services; accountable for team’s volume, quality and timeliness of end results
  • Provide training to sales and assistance staff and work with sales managers to identify and resolve training issues
  • Recommend process improvements by applying analytical skills/knowledge to advance business goals
  • Audit loan files and work to ensure the sales office passes compliance and audit compliance
  • Provide technical leadership and coordination
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales and banking experience preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Asesor de Control de Indicadores:

Perfil: Licenciatura en Actuaria, Economía, Administración o afin, titulado o pasante / Experiencia equivalente

Experiencia: Mínima de 2 años en las siguientes actividades:

· Análisis de KPIS

· Manejo de bases de datos

· Analizar y administrar información sobre indicadores de control

· Construcción de nuevas fuentes de información que generen valor al negocio

· Identificar, analizar y proponer alternativas de solución a problemas, optimizando procesos operativos

· Elaboración de cuadros estadísticos y de presentaciones de indicadores en foros internos de control

· Gestionar, coordinar y ejecutar oportunamente los procesos de verificación de prácticas comerciales y casos asignados | Análisis, seguimiento y atención de los casos asignados

· Análisis y entrega oportuna y forma de requerimientos ante auditorías internas o externas

· Deseable conocimiento general del proceso operativo del producto de Afore

Experiencia técnica:

· Manejo de bases de datos y elaboración de presentaciones

· Excel avanzado, macros 80% | cruces de información, tablas dinámicas, gráficas

· Office 90%

· Elaboración de presentaciones (Power Point)

Habilidades:

· Comunicación verbal y escrita

· Organización y gestión del tiempo

· Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y multidisciplinario

· Apego a políticas y procedimientos

· Capacidad de análisis

· Actitud de servicio. Trabajo en equipo. Trabajo bajo presión
