This role requires a strong understanding of the Global Payments, particularly Domestic Payments market, client operations and industry participants. This role will be focused on product development / delivery, commercialization and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Execute product strategy of Instant Payments and take lead of product development responsibilities of Instant Payment business for Asia clusters.
- Provide support to Asia Instant Payments head for the client commercialization efforts for Asia Instant Payments.
- Oversee day-to-day product management for instant payments such as client experiences & system / operational issues. Strong ability to prioritize the critical changes required for the product portfolio and come up with innovative solutions to solve the problems.
- Lead business execution and strategic initiatives delivery for Asia Domestic Payments team that includes P&L management, incliner / decliner analysis, deal ramp and pipeline reviews, revenue monitoring, expense oversight, and financial planning for Asia domestic payments.
- Collaborate with relevant partners to leverage pricing as a strategic lever and drive proactive guardrails to minimize billing leakages.
- Understand and own front to back Operational Risk, Sanction Risk, Liquidity Risk and other risk stripes and partner with relevant stakeholders to build proactive controls agenda
- Develop strong working relationship with a broad group of stakeholders across country, global product, technology, operations, risk & control teams.
Knowledge/ Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in transaction banking/ payments business, tech industry, institutional or consumer banking, innovation, eCommerce, and/or Fintech
- Experience working in product development or market management, business development or in a client relationship/solution sales role, with a good understanding of the technology and operations capabilities underpinning client solutions
- Successful track record in leading change management
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights and prioritize and influence actions in a highly matrixed, large corporate environment

- Ability to connect unmet clients’ needs with commercial opportunities to prioritize product development roadmaps
- Deep analytical skills to integrate feedback and client validations to create viable business and commercial models

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Product Management disciplines
- Experience/ knowledge across all components of transaction banking solutions preferred (e.g. operations, client delivery, technology, relationship management, and/or business management).
