With the strategic intent to leap forward and set luxury retail standards in an increasingly complex environment, Fragrance and Beauty Products (FBP) North Asia plays a critical role in elevating the brand, both in equity and business performance. The regional team will have shared responsibility with markets for the delivery of business performance. It is the brand custodian for the region, developing a medium-to-long term strategy rooted in deep understanding of market dynamics and brand ambition, and serving as the bridge to drive knowledge-sharing between division and market.

In your role as a Project Manager in the FBP Governance & Planning team, you will drive the alignment, execution, and oversight of high-impact projects/ initiatives. Your mission is to ensure that projects/ initiatives within the portfolio are delivered on time, within scope and achieve the intended business outcomes. You will act as the bridge between regional and market leadership, stakeholders, and project teams, fostering collaboration and transparency across teams.
Impact You Can Create In This Role:
Portfolio Management
- Manage overall portfolio of FBP initiatives & corporate-led projects by reporting progress, risks, and dependencies of multiple projects.
- Work with corporate functions to establish proper mechanism for tracking of project budget, timeline, benefits delivered and resources allocated to FBP.
- Develop a 360 view of all projects/ initiatives with understanding of implications to FBP business and work with respective project owners to mitigate risks.
- Organize forums to share information with regional métiers & markets.
Project Management
- Support North Asia (NA) FBP project leads in driving project plan forward, summarizing key discussion points, resolving blockers & following up on key action items.
- Facilitate clear change & communication to provide overview of status and key impact to global, regional & market teams, across the various key stakeholders (leadership, métier lead, corporate functions, impacted end users).
- With the Head of Governance & Planning, play a role as key point of contact for corporate projects and work with regional métiers & markets to progress forward.
- Instill project management practices within the NA FBP team for pre-, during and post-project including business case, project charter, status update, tracking of budget and measuring benefits delivered.
Business Planning Cycle
- Orchestrate timeline and key milestones for mid-term planning and budget cycles between region and markets, in alignment with global timeline.
- Plan business cascade sessions with regional corporate functions to share FBP strategy and priorities to foster close collaboration.
- Gather feedback from various stakeholders involved in the planning cycle and find ways to optimize process for effectiveness & efficiency.

What you bring:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in the Luxury or Beauty industries.
- Big picture thinking to connect the dots with an eye for detail to ensure projects / initiatives align with the best interest of the business.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership - ensuring initiatives are not just started, but also successfully delivered.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex topics into clear, actionable plans for all levels of the organization.
- Strong stakeholder leadership skills to build rapport with leadership, project teams, and external partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Curiosity to learn different topics and will thrive in fast-paced multicultural work environment, yet adaptable to changes along the way.
