Senior Officer – Project Manager – Wealth Payments Platform
This role will drive key projects for Core Operations including those in the payments space. This will include payment Industry projects such as Direct Fast, EDDA, MEPS ISO 20022 / Cross border incoming FAST / IBG, and various system related projects including sanctions related enhancements required in various payment channels (CSAW). Role will also be involved in Core Operations transformation project that involves end-to-end process.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability in driving multiple projects or productivity / transformation initiatives across consumer business functions.
- Coordinate and handle New Requirements, Enhancements, Changes related to Payment Operations (include Inward, Outward, Lockbox, digital / faster payments, cross border payments & industry projects)
- Review, analyze requirements/initiatives with internal stakeholders.
- Manage 3rd party vendors in projects including cost/pricing negotiations.
- Work closely with GCT Application manager and users for all project related to Payments Project Documentation (eg. BRD, SOW ) – eg. review all new requirements and properly maintain documentation of Projects/ initiatives that impacted
- Coordinate and involve in the testing related to Payments and handle major release
- Project management and tracking including stakeholder updates and prepare presentation decks for senior management.
- Represent Citi and participate in both internal / Industry projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in finance or related field with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

- Ability to quickly grasp and assimilate information throughout multiple business units and make / influence fact-based hypothesis
- Project Management Skills and Good understanding of operations, processes and relevant controls
- Able to work independently and lead a team to deliver outcomes under time constraints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially under high pressure situations
- Meticulous and eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Process Improvement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS access, MS excel, Power
