Job Title – Post Trade Compliance – C09

Job Description

You will be part of the middle office operations team involves a daily review of exceptions aiming to identify valid investment breaches on the funds’ portfolios. The monitoring consists of an initial data integrity check, identification and reporting required for valid investment breaches and further daily notification to the Clients. As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of assigned PTC reports which would include Daily, weekly, monthly compliance reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Post trade compliance monitoring, identifying, promptly Investigating trade breaches, and reporting as per the SLAs to clients
• Detailed working knowledge of UCITS and other regulatory and exchange rule & regulations
• Monitor the data quality and the completeness of feeds/ Files into system and databases.
• Preparing reports and communicating with clients for the Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports
• Regular update of rules in the system as per the information received from clients
• Proficient in managing attributes related to portfolio (exposure, ownership, commitment & Liquidity calculations)

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

IRM Job Experience

• 4-5 Years (Preferably working in CRIMS platform)
