The Assistant Vice President will hold a critical role within the Structured Credit and Real Estate Underwriting (SCREU) team administering a multi-billion dollar portfolio of asset securitization transactions primarily across the ABS and CLO asset classes (including auto, credit card, unsecured consumer loans, middle market, private credit and broadly syndicated loans). The is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally. Responsibilities:
•
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of Commercial Real Estate properties (e.g., multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hospitality) and associated sponsors/borrowers, including historical performance, pro forma projections, rent rolls, operating statements, and balance sheet analysis.

Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, valuation, sensitivity analysis) specific to various CRE asset types and transaction structures (e.g., acquisition, development, refinance)

Prepare well-reasoned and succinct
