Country Product Head of Platforms and Data Services (PDS) in Malaysia is a key, strategic role in the Services (Treasury & Trade Solutions / TTS) business. We are looking for a client-obsessed product manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of commercialization of the full suite of Digital Platform offerings for our transaction banking clients.
The product manager will manage the commercialization and adoption of Citi’s digital banking capabilities within Malaysia, using connectivity solutions as “building blocks” to solve their business challenges, helping drive their operational efficiency and business growth.
What you will do:

Be the subject matter expert across all PDS products
-
Citidirect, Citiconnect (connectivity solutions), Onboarding, Data, and AI, driving adoption across client segments in Malaysia
-
Partner with sales head, client executives and coverage teams to execute on go-to-market strategies, address client pain points / issues
-
Manage in-country product responsibilities including adherence to regulatory and compliance obligations, educating country stakeholders on product details

Represent the country as the voice of its clients, influencing and delivering product enhancements for Malaysia

Represent Citi in industry working groups to execute on country-wide digitization agenda(s)

Who are we looking for:

6-10 years of relevant experience
-
A problem solver, with a roll-up-your-sleeves and can-do attitude
-
Someone with experience in successful implementation of large or complex projects while managing cross-functional stakeholders
-
A good communicator - both verbal and written (English language and Bahasa Malaysia)
-
Someone with experience with transaction banking, corporate banking, digital banking or digital product management.

Pluses / nice to haves: Knowledge on corporate onboarding; knowledge on connectivity between banks to corporate and FI ERPs / TMS's; experience managing systems / digital solutions / platforms used by corporate clients
