Fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java.

Strong understanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.

Experience: with relevant frameworks such as Spring (AI, Boot, Core, etc.), N8N, Flask, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and MLFlow.

Proficiency in database technologies, such as Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB.

Experience: with messaging and integration platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ. UI development skills with technologies such as React JS or Stream Lit.

Experience: designing and implementing REST and WebSocket APIs.

Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure/ Strong knowledge of infrastructure tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.

Experience: with build and deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Gradle.

Good engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.

Experience: in model risk management, guardrails development, and developing end-user adoption pathways for AI/GenAI solutions. A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start-up environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.

Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts and senior management reports within technology or risk & controls domains.

Demonstrated ability to structure and lead product working groups, driving consensus on requirements and facilitating the development and implementation of processes, data, and system designs.

Motivated self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.
