Team/Role Overview:
The wholesale credit risk data team is responsible for maintaining all wholesale credit risk data that is used within Citi. This includes data for key regulatory risk reports and risk processes. The team monitors and tracks data quality for all wholesale credit risk data within all of Citi’s tech infrastructure, ensuring that wholesale credit risk data is clean and of high quality as it gets transferred amongst the web of Citi systems. The team is responsible for creating governance mechanisms that track and score data quality of key wholesale credit risk data points.
What you’ll do:
Log Critical Data Elements (CDEs) for the wholesale credit risk data domain within the data team’s central data repository
Investigate breaks in quality control checks with upstream system providers when CDEs fail to meet data quality rules set by the data domain
Help to create data governance scorecards that will track and maintain data quality for critical data elements within the wholesale credit risk domain
Work with senior management to provide updates and information on data figures and trends
Work with technology teams to understand the wholesale credit risk data infrastructure and raise technology projects to remediate gaps and issues for data
Work with Credit Risk Management and reporting teams to deliver enhancements to risk systems and data to improve the quality of key risk reports and processes What we’ll need from you
