We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Data Management and Quantitative Analysis team.  This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in-office expectation per week).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage multiple data management and/or quantitative analysis teams through subordinate managers, overseeing data preparation and statistical, financial, and econometric modeling for internal or external clients.
  • Lead data management and quantitative analysis activities, including implementation plans for process improvements and ensuring staff have required resources.
  • Manage data vendor relationships, system costs, and contracts, and establish procedures for new data-related technology enhancements and implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank standards and best practices, design and enforce business-appropriate system controls, and lead the production of management reporting and analyses.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, direct, motivate, and develop managers, implement performance management programs, and deliver presentations to senior leaders.
