The Digital, Technology & Communications segment is dedicated to the innovation economy, encompassing disruptors alongside established software, hardware and media companies.
The Head will assume leadership for Digital, Technology & Communications clients, overseeing relationship management of this segment for the Taiwan Commercial Banking franchise.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth, cultivate deeper client relationships, strategically acquire new clients for the Taiwan Commercial Bank franchise.

Act as a senior subject matter expert for a significant portfolio which includes substantial clients within this segment, offering considerable growth potential.

Lead a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance to junior team members to accelerate client acquisition, enhance client engagement and expand share of wallet.

Elevate ecosystem engagement by fostering strong connections with key startup ecosystem players, such as Venture Capitalist, law firms, and other crucial intermediaries.

Effectively manage senior-level relationships, encompassing both internal stakeholders and external founders and promoters, to build un-wavering trust, managing expectations effectively, mitigate risks, and consistently achieve desired outcomes.

Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's internal policies and guidelines at all times

Exercise risk assessment in all business decisions, demonstrating paramount consideration for the firm's reputation and robustly safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. This involves strict compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment in personal and business conduct; escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise others while ensuring accountability for those who deviate from these standards.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years dedicated to relationship management within commercial and/or corporate banking.

Experience in leading the Digital, Technology & Communications segment and/or client base is a must

Profound knowledge of all aspects of commercial banking, coupled with strong commercial credit acumen and the capacity to rapidly learn new products and services

Demonstrated sound judgment innovative problem-solving abilities in providing credit/deposit/Markets/structured solutions to clients
-
Extensive experience exercising commercial credit decision-making authority, particularly in complex capital structures and cross-border transactions

Possession of at least intermediate-level credit skills, with a proven ability to advance to senior credit officer status.

A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams through complex change; coupled with a reputation for retaining, attracting and developing talent

Proven leadership capabilities complemented by outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Agility in adapting priorities swiftly based on the latest data insights.

Full management responsibility for a team, including oversight of personnel, budget, and strategic planning, encompassing duties such as performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations, as well as potential budget approval authority.

Must have a business development focus and demonstrate innovative approaches
