Responsibilities: Represent Operations and ensure Ops Readiness as Internal Accounts matures as a product 20+ years of relevant experience with a solid understanding with client/DDA and internal accounts Broad and diverse functional experience (e.g., Product Management, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics) Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and product transformation initiatives around the world along with a strong background in agile delivery Demonstrated financial and accounting acumen Strong background in managing a product risk & controls environment Experience in legal entity management, regulatory reporting and data governance/management concepts is highly desirable Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication and strong executive presence Strong people and cross-functional leadership Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred Accounting degree is a plus ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Feb 20, 2026 ------------------------------------------------------
