Meet the Team

The Global Manufacturing Operations APJC team leads all aspects of end-to-end manufacturing and fulfillment activities across the region, including PCBA manufacturing, assembly, direct fulfillment, and OEM/ODM management. As a critical part of Cisco’s Supply Chain Operations, the team ensures products are built, delivered, and supported efficiently to meet global customer needs. You’ll join a diverse, highly collaborative group that partners closely with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and global operations leaders. The team thrives on solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and continuously improving manufacturing performance. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how Cisco delivers world-class hardware to the market.

Your Impact

As a Manufacturing Operations Supply Project Manager, you will lead key manufacturing operations initiatives across Contract Manufacturers and ODM partners to ensure supply assurance and operational excellence. You will manage critical supply operations, drive performance metrics, and serve as the primary escalation point for supply issues. In this role, you will develop both short- and long-term solutions to complex operational challenges and integrate these solutions into Cisco’s broader manufacturing ecosystem. Your work directly contributes to supply continuity, customer satisfaction, and Cisco’s ability to scale globally.

  • Lead ongoing management of Supply Operations to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Contract Manufacturers and suppliers to align with Cisco’s manufacturing goals.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for all Supply Operations issues to enable fast resolution.
  • Manage and drive performance metrics—such as continuity of supply, inventory, cost, and supplier delivery—to ensure OTS, OTD, lead-time targets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and program-manage cross-functional solutions to complex operational challenges across global teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS/BEng or equivalent, with 8+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic industry supply chains, manufacturing planning, and production operations.
  • Experience managing Contract Manufacturers and ODMs.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end, meeting timelines, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to sophisticated operational challenges.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in remote and multi-timezone environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented and metrics-driven approach.
