Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Advisor – Automation Testing QA with 10–13 years of expertise in automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web applications and services, building scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot is essential. This role also encourages cross-functional collaboration, including contributions to auditing and finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation testing frameworks, with a focus on Playwright.

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and client-server applications using Playwright and other relevant tools.

• Test web applications and services built with modern technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, REST, XML, JSON, JQuery, etc.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating test suites, cybersecurity tools, and other automation utilities.

• Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test script creation and improve code quality.

• Evaluate and implement cloud and container solutions using Virtual Machines, cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Apply Agile testing methodologies, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in adjacent areas such as auditing and finance tools.

• Promote and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) best practices and standards.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Utilize domain knowledge in healthcare to enhance testing strategies (preferred).

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in automation testing, with at least8+ years in hands-on test automation.

• Proven expertise in Playwright for end-to-end testing of web applications.

• Experience with Selenium Web Driver/IDE/Grid is a plus.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, especially Azure DevOps.

• Proficiency in testing applications built with .NET, C#, Java, REST, XML, JSON, JQuery, etc.

• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

• Solid grasp of STLC/SDLC and QA methodologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and IaC frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in Agile environments.

• Background in healthcare domain is a plus.
