About the Role

You will lead executive and high‑volume hiring across multiple markets, partnering closely with senior leaders to meet evolving workforce needs. This role balances strategic leadership hiring with operational delivery, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in a fast‑moving environment where priorities may shift.

Individual Contributor Role What You’ll Do

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for executive, senior leadership, and critical roles while supporting high‑volume hiring needs

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define hiring priorities, workforce plans, and leadership capability requirements

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies across regions, using direct sourcing, referrals, and talent pipelines to improve hiring outcomes

  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions, maintaining quality of hire and a consistent candidate experience

  • Assess candidates using structured, data‑informed approaches to ensure alignment with leadership, functional, and organizational needs

  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitive positioning to guide hiring decisions

  • Collaborate with HR, Centres of Excellence, and regional teams to ensure compliance with policies and alignment with DEI commitments

  • Improve recruitment processes and outcomes through data, focusing on time‑to‑hire, quality, and cost efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • 12+ years of technology recruitment experience, including executive search and high‑volume hiring in a multinational or matrixed environment

  • Proven experience managing multiple senior‑level roles across regions simultaneously

  • Experience hiring across diverse markets, cultures, and talent pools

  • Strong track record in direct sourcing and building leadership pipelines

  • Understanding of employment regulations and hiring practices across multiple countries

  • Experience using recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems to inform decisions

Soft Skills

  • Builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provides clear, practical guidance

  • Communicates effectively and influences decisions across different levels and regions

  • Manages competing priorities and follows through on commitments in time‑sensitive situations
