THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Coordinator, Community Roots you will facilitate Chipotle’s fundraiser program from beginning to end by vetting potential partners, reviewing tax information, and ensuring partners have a best-in-class fundraising experience. In addition, the CR coordinator will review, grant, and deliver all in-kind donation requests submitted through Chipotle.com. The CR Coordinator is active and forward-thinking regarding Chipotle marketing tactics and projects. Within Chipotle, the CR Coordinator works closely with Accounting, Operations, and other teams within Marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supports fundraiser participants by answering all email questions and concerns.
• Decide which interactions are best handled by email or telephone.
• Elevate and improve the customer experience and represent our brand.
• Collects and validates tax information to approve fundraisers.
• Ensures partners obtain all fundraiser information and social media assets once approved.
• Review fundraiser requests to determine if partner meets Chipotle's guidelines.
• Finalizes payment documents and ensures checks are sent.
• Reviews donation requests and ensures donations are mailed.
• Supports integrations and troubleshooting with a variety of systems.
• Collaborates with the team to provide ongoing improvements to the fundraiser program and other marketing needs. questions and complaints.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• A Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a Bachelor program and nearing completion • Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with MS Office
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook, as well as Google Suite.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $20.67–$26.45. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
