Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support a wide range of DevOps and SDLC tools including:

  • GitHub (including Copilot, Actions, and Advanced Security)

  • Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)

  • Artifactory, Launch Darkly, Sauce Labs, MABL, Jet Brains IDEs

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows

  • Manage infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments

  • Oversee cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

  • Perform regular certificate rotations and ensure timely currency patching

  • Maintain secure access controls, password vaults, and file system integrity

  • Monitor and enforce data security policies and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with developers, security, and IT teams to streamline tool usage and resolve issues

  • Document configurations, procedures, and best practices in Confluence

  • Collaboration: Partner with application development /infrastructure SMEs, and security teams to align strategies and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Partner with platform engineering teams in support of lifecycle management for all our products.

  • Documentation & Enablement: Author and maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and best practices. Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new team members.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance platform usability, automation coverage, and developer experience.

  • Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using best practices. Execute strategies to restore services promptly and address disruptions.

What you have Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in system engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure support

  • Strong hands-on experience with GitHub ecosystem and CI/CD tools

  • Proficiency with both Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools

  • Familiarity with security practices including certificate management and patching

  • Solid understanding of networking, authentication, and access control

  • Excellent troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes (Agile, Kanban)

  • Ability to support and mentor users, including running office hours and providing technical guidance.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, platform governance, and automation best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or an additional 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies

  • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)

  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Experience working in 5,000+ users' environment

  • Experience in Change Control process (Remedy/Helix)

  • Comfort level with the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)

  • Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) in automation environments.
