The Learning and Engagement manager will lead the markets to elevate our Retail Teams with the right knowledge, skills and behaviors to deliver the Ultimate Boutique Experience. The role will be essential in instilling Passion for Fashion and for the Brand within our frontline teams, ensuring that The Chanel Difference transmitted on the Boutique Floor and delivering the Client Relational Promise to All Clients.

You will shape the learning experience of all frontline teams, identifying needs and co-working with the markets to enhance curriculums.

You will orchestrate in collaboration with Global key engagement campaigns throughout the year : amplifying Brand messages while supporting the market in the best way to execute locally.

You will strive for Service Excellency mindset, keeping FA’s passion and engagement at the heart of our Brand Posture.

You will focus on developing with the markets the conditions where on the floor learning and coaching are a key to success

In this role, you will be a key partner and advisor to the local L&D managers on learning design and roll out.

You will engage and elevate the North Asia Community through Best Sharing, Outside-In learnings, embodying North Asia “Lead Beyond” values.

You will identify and nurture synergies with Fashion Métiers (Style, Client, Merchandising, VM..) to enrich the Boutique Teams learning and engagement journeys

You will consolidate the process and tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

You will be in charge of testing new technologies and influencing platform enhancements

You will strive for opportunities to engage, upskill and inspire the Learning teams across markets, leveraging on local and global initiatives.
